Bryan came out and inspected my roof and found hail damage all over it, he pulled a weather report and we had a hail storm about a year ago, he took pictures and I contacted my insurance company with the claim. They agreed and we started paperwork for a new roof. The materials where delivered and had a start date. This date got moved out because of all the rain we where having at the time. The crew showed up on the new start date and the dumpster also. They removed the old roof, replaced wood that was not nail-able. They completed the job in one day and had 7-10 guys on the roof working on it. By 8 pm they where done and cleaned up, this also was a shed reroofed. The next day the dumpster was picked up early. I am very happy with the job and would use this company again. Thank you for the great job it looks good and my wife is very happy.

M & I has completed four roofing jobs for me, one in November of 2018, and three in 2019, working with Mike S. for each property. The work was performed in a professional and timely manner, with first class materials, GAF Timberline shingles with 50 year warranty. I was especially impressed with Mike's scheduling of each job. Each one was completed in less than three days, including inspections. I highly recommend M & I for all roofing needs because of their professionalism, job supervision, and trustworthiness.

The absolute best, ethical, and honest company we've ever dealt with. Had they not come when they did -- after much prayer -- we probably would have lost our house. They obtained the extra funds from our insurance company which had been withheld! The company project manager, Todd, delivered on every promise he made. He kept in constant communication with us. And his boss, Ivy, was more than patient and accommodating to us. Wow, can't recommend them any more highly. A professional company to be fully trusted! So very very pleased! If we have any more issues -- house related -- we won't hesitate to call them. Thank you M & I for coming to our rescue! Forever grateful.
